St Philomena – Pray for us!

Last night I received one of the Confirmation candidate’s saint projects. The project was on Saint Philomena and  yesterday was actually the anniversary of St Philomena’s death.

Today, the 11th August, marks St Philomena’s feast day. St Philomena is the Patron Saint of infants, babies, children and youth to name a few.

Receiving Mackenzye’s project and reading her personal connection to St Philomena, in time for St Philomena’s Feast Day, is a beautiful reminder to us all of the power of prayer!
