On the 8th of September, The birthday of Our Lady, during the evening mass the Parish of St. Gertrude’s celebrated both the 300 years since the crowning of the Icon of the Black Madonna, and the 25th Anniversary of Ordination of its parish priest, Fr. Jarek Zan. We as a parish would like to thank him for his service. We would also like to thank all those that made the celebration possible.
